FLYOVERS BEFORE FIREWORKS!

00 Days
00 Hours
00 Mins
00 Secs

What is it:

A flyover by four or more vintage military aircraft of any location in Central Texas on July 3rd or July 4th, 2021. The flyover will occur between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on each day.  You can choose which day you would like your flyover to occur.

How much does it cost?

A $500 dollar donation puts your location on the route of flight.  We will make one pass overhead

$850 and the flight will circle back and do a second pass.

$2000 and the flight will fly over within a 15 minute window (limited availability)

Can I pick the time?

We cannot guarantee that we will fly over at any particular time during our operation. However, you will be able to follow the progress of the flight on facebook, twitter, and a tool called “Flight Aware” that allows for the tracking of flights on a map. If your event is shorter than our operational window and you are worried we might miss it, contact us and we will see what we can do to make it work out.

What happens if there is bad weather

In the event of inclement weather, we will either issue a full refund or put you on our list for next year at your option.

What happens if you miss our location for some reason

Our flights are GPS tracked. However, sometimes there are miscommunications or errors. If we fail to fly over your location, we will, at your option, give you a refund.

What if I really, really, really want you overhead at a specific time

We do have a few "anchor locations" where we can guarantee a time overhead.  We would need more details, but it essentially boils down to cost. Normally, a flyover like this would cost at least $2000-$3000 based on how far away your location is from our home base of San Marcos. For this particular day, we are able to dramatically lower the cost of the flyover by hitting many different locations in a single flight. To hit a specific time usually requires a dedicated flight of aircraft. However, we will do our best to accommodate your event.

Do you do flyovers on days other than July 4th?

Absolutely. We can do flyovers any day of the year. However, they are typically more expensive when focused on individual events.
